The A.B.B.A. was the proud recipient of the "Club or Association of the Year" award at the prestigious CMAA Achiever Awards Gala concert held at the Waters Edge Function Centre in Sydney on September 10th.

A.B.B.A..Background...
In the space of only 7 years, the Australian Bush Balladeers Association Incorporated has welcomed approximately 900 members.

The quarterly ‘Balladeers Bulletin’ magazine and website services not only members, but radio stations and offices of Country Music with updates from the bush ballad movement.

The annual Bush Balladeer Star Quest winners receive a firm start, via promotional single and major appearances for 12 months. A.B.B.A presents showcases and concerts promoting bush ballads, seeking to work and achieve in harmony with other country music bodies, whilst continuing to build a strong future for the bush ballad.
