Bush Balladeer
Star Quest Winner 2009
G'day Everyone,
Well
here we are again, gee this year is flying.
Had a great time at Bundy, as always caught up with some great mates
and heard some awesome music. Oh yeah Jenny and Terry Darke were there,
so I had to goto their stall and buy some more jeans
I survived the two weeks at College. It was a great experience and
I met some unreal and very talented people. There were 21 students
in the senior course and 21 in the junior course, they also had a
course for the parents of the juniors. I got alot out of it, abit
about songwriting, marketing, promoting, abit about the guitar and
heaps more.
Graduation night was awesome, we did our own thing and we all got
together for two songs. I had a great time, I would like to thank
the CMAA,Tutors,Organisers, Calrossy School for putting us up, the
Guest Speakers and most of all A.B.B.A for giving me the oppotunity
to attend, thanks heaps.
When the college was finish, Hats Off had just started. On Saturday
the 10th of July I caught up with some more good mates at the Shirley
Thoms Bronze Bust Concert. It was a great afternoon with Lorraine
Pfitzner as compere.
Looking forward to catching up with you all at the next festival.
Catch you next time,
Sharon
